Adult Education

Adult Education is striving to bring exciting and innovative adult education programming to our members.

Adult Education initiatives reflect our mandate to help members Participate, Learn and Grow.  Programming is developed in an effort to broaden the involvement of multigenerational, millennials, community and synagogue individuals.

We’ve got it all covered…bible studies, literature, art, music, ritual studies, archeology and more.  We have put an emphasis on Holocaust studies through arts and literature.  Archeology and the Bible is now a new interest. We will continue to broaden the scope of programming by expanding a book club series, and to include art, culture and literature in order to reach future generations.

We celebrate volunteer commitment of our members to education who offer learning experiences through weekly study sessions, Sidra lunches and the semi-annual Nosh n’ Drosh.  The Clergy are engaged in providing the study of prayer and a variety of special interests (Israel, woman’s studies, humour, music and liturgy).

Programs are open to all.  Membership at Beth David has its rewards and adult education is available to all!
