Receiving the Torah of Today. We conventionally think of the Revelation at Sinai as taking place in the past--       however, in the Hasidic tradition, there is also an understanding of Revelation as ongoing. In this session, we will look at Hasidic and other sources that illuminate an orientation towards revelation that is both historical and ongoing. Together, we will discuss the implications of this viewpoint on Jewish ethics (including questions regarding  LGBTQ+ Jews) and spiritual experience.
