20s30s Passover workshop- From the Narrow Place: Collaging to Freedom

7:30 PM - 8:40 PMzoomJoin us for an arts-based workshop to reflect on our personal and collective “narrow places” (Mitzrayim or Egypt means narrow place) and where we are longing for freedom, expansion, and liberation. Art Therapist Or Har-Gil will guide us through reflection and journal prompts, a collage exercise focused on freedom, and group discussion (sharing optional). No art experience needed, use whatever materials you have at home.
Materials needed
- Paper (bigger than 8.5 x 11 is ideal but whatever you have is good!)
- Gluestick or tape
- Scissors
- Collage supplies (anything goes, including: colourful papers, magazines/flyers, washi tape, stamps, stickers, old art you can cut up, books, old photographs of yourself…)
- Journal & pen
